pReview was commissioned by the software developer KangarooNet (now trading under the name Entopia) to come up with a concept and new design for the user interface of their SmartPouch application. SmartPouch is a knowledge management application that can be used both online and offline for gathering, managing, jointly using and discussing file extracts. The aim was not only to redesign the application, but also to optimise it for further development. Templates were drafted for all the application's functional states, together with an additive icon system, with which complex images could be created by combining a series of simple motifs. It has since been further developed by Entopia and is currently marketed under the name Quantum.
